Let's see if the submission of a Supplemental Disclosure statement signed by Terry Williams (with no mention of the new vodka) gets them off the Yield Sign. So far no, but it's early.
No update to the financial report yet. You know the one....the one that doesn't show any expense associated with the 50M common shares issued to Alonzo Pierce or any sign of that issuance in the Balance Sheet or no change in any liabilities or assets in the quarter except for cash...that one.

BTW, I'm not sure when Independent Directors Suzy Guillory and Art Massola were appointed to the Board (exactly by whom isn't clear since the appointments weren't announced) but they don't appear in today's filing and Angela Greathouse does. And as you know she's the only one who made it into the NV Annual List filing.
