1.7 is 5% of 34. I assume if the number was higher than 1.7 there would have to be some sort of SEC filing. But I've been wrong before so might be wrong this time as well.
Even if it is higher, that sort of thing is not much of a worry. Trading volumes are high enough that someone could dump 1 million shares and all it would do is dip the stock by 10 or 20% for a few hours or maybe a day. But again, see the third sentence in this post.
