Again, I'm going with those that have gotten us here! Do you KNOW the finally damage tally is done?? No! Do you KNOW there are no discussions taking place which might be keeping the TEAM from going "harsh"? No! Do you KNOW a judge has not suggested a lower profile to all sides while decisions are made? No!
I could go on for the rest of the morning... So much of the time, when not privy to all the information, the "seemingly, straight forward action" is not the prudent one. Who knows, what you are suggesting might be in the works, but I'm going with the VPLM TEAM in deciding that.
