Absolutely excellent news! With this, the company can easily pay off all outstanding convertible debt AND have plenty of cash left to accelerate progress on both sides of the business. Just the elimination of the debt overhang should help get this moving, IMO. Great news and it shows that Jan really does want to build an empire while protecting shareholders every step of the way.
