They had not solidified a single acquisition. They used 8.01 for their 8k which is not the right source for completed acquisition. It is for "other information" In other words they basically scammed the less knowledgeable investors into believing they had actually completed something. Had me fooled until I did some research into it. IMO that is about as low as it gets
