I have been on bid in the past when OTCX was bidding, with my bid showing on top, and OTCX filled while I did not. OTCX is very aggressive.

You may need to multiply the size of your order by a factor of 10, 100, or 1000. People are trying to get out of TMPS if today's trades are any indication. Hope this helps.
