Just my small opinion as a disgruntled shareholder, but it looks like he's trying to justify the R/S. I don't care what you heard on the radio, that's all been said many times before by every OTC CEO. Show us the contracts and revenue.

Also, he could have protected us by holding off lowering the share count until he had the anticipated revenue and then bought back the shares OR just cancelled/retired some of the Authorized Shares.

My 2 Million shares are now 4,000 shares and I'm upside down (RED).
