A reverse merger is simple..the new company will simply take over the NNRX ticker. Whatever the company is worth assets and speculation ...the share holders and company will adjust the PPS based on that..
I’ve seen some go from .85 to $16.00
And others from .0001 to $2.25..

We have a brand new company here so you guess is as good as mine but we all know it’s gonna be worth more than .001
