gew59, I also noticed at the bottom of the Form 4, that M Guzzetta has an Option to buy 100,000 shares of PKTX common stock at an option price of $0.07 by 11/14/2021. This shows PKTX expects the PPS to go higher than $0.07 or the option would not be exercised. Every good news.
