That's exactly what I said in my edited post. On April 5th The Company anticipates having its Reg A+ filing ready for submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission within the next thirty (30) days. And as I said there has been no update to this. So saying they expect to have it in 30 days implies that it will be approved in 30 days.
