Who cares what Ed says ?

He has a STOP SIGN on his co for failure to file his fins.

He has a CTO in Canada, stock can't trade there.

He has promised audits since 2014, one time even sing e had a letter from he auditor promising an end date.

He's promised movies that never happened etc....

So imo if the public / shareholders want to try and get some info they should by all means possible.

Why ?

Because Ed can't be trusted.....PERIOD
