Gig....it would see that your "sources" seem are in conflict with Petar's PR and statement about the A/F's being in his hands by weeks end.

Your sources seem to be stating that "they're far from done" and that the A/F's will not be released until Wessal is done their buying.
Would be interesting if Petar would be able to get back to StockHOG with his "I'll find out" reponse .
There are many interprestations and speculations, and, I don't think anybody is really in the "know".....regardless of whatever "sources" they have.
I would hope that the A/F's would be released close to the completion of the 30 day requirement for Dubai x-change ( I believe Weds the 25th is the 30th trading day ), whereby there would also be a simultaneous or same day Form-10 for the OTC exchange.......
Perhaps with the added benefit of sideline and new buyers from the new x-changes, the PPS would somewhat maintain a healthy PPS gain.......if Wessal were still buying during this run, then that would be an added benefit, IMO .
And, again, some have stated that Wessal is not currently buying because of the religeous holiday ( I believe ending this weekend ) .
So, where does this leave your "sources" projection for A/F release ? 2 weeks, 3 weeks, a month ?
Wessal has already started buying, that much we know, but IMO, I don't understand what would be the BENEFIT of holding off the release of the A/F's until there have completed their 25% purchase, as opposed to continuing to buy after the A/F's are released ??
Can you explain why the supposition that the A/F's will not be released until after Wessal is done buying ?
