I understand you concern but this tick comes with real updates. Check LDS* currently trading at penny++ level with 9B A/S and 4B O/S (very similar to BYSD share structure) It was at triple 0 last year this year it went up to 1c to 2c. You will figure out in many cases A/S O/S are not the only factors to predict share value.

Last week i had chance to load 10-20M GMG* at .0005 on Tues or Wed but I didn't because I saw it was increasing A/S from 4B to 6B. Same as you i had concern on dilution. Then on Thur I had to loaded them at .0013. That's the reason I didn't wait tomorrow to get BYSD.

The final share value depends on how the company operates. I see an uptrend for BYSD at least for this moment. The worst case, like BVT* or IFX*, it will go up then drop down later TO .002 level, but still, loading at .0005-.0007 is still profitable.
