Bill Ottaviani (Zion's President and Chief Operating Officer) and Richard Rinberg (Zion's Chief Executive Officer) explain why Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. has decided to establish Zion Drilling, Inc. and purchase Aladdin Middle East Ltd's 2,000 horsepower drilling rig, as soon as practicable.

also Rinberg verbally states at the 2:25 mark about creating the zion drilling subsidiary.

They said as the test results got closer, the nay-sayers would show up in droves. Here they all are. I posted a couple of times today only because what was being posted was misleading at best. None of it was fact based. But whats to be expected of a crew of individuals that falsely accused the company of being under SEC investigation. Sad actually. The desperation is thick, especially when you read the posts, know the company well, and then apply that to what is being stated within the posts. It is laughable.

Nothing has changed. Everything is the same as it was when Zion released their last press release.

They are not getting any of my shares.
