Why no deal yet? I have no idea, of course. The possibilities: (1) ADXS wanted too much;? (2) BPs offered too little; (3) both; or (4) there have been delays in negotiations.
He left out the other possibilities like BP saying 'what deal? - no deal, no way, not now, not until we see some real strong data that enhances chances of approval by EU or FDA'
