Another carrot, always another carrot. After years and years of following this tragic story. They never come out and say hey we made this much money and tomorrow we are issuing a dividend. No its after advisement we are in talks to issue a dividend in the next quarter or two. This is an obvious attempt to keep pps from falling to zero, but everyone has been stupid enough to eat the carrots so I guess they'll just keep feeding the horse.
