Excellent question...when they drop the 2018 quarterly-$MSPC

There would be NOTHING else need3d to move to CURRENT STATUS with otc markets. It is my strong opinion, that one should LOOK at the 2017 ANNUAL 10K Filing - where it also lists what happe3d in the first quarter of 2018,

They reference a substantial deal with a top 5 worldwide telecommunications carrier named Vodafone (the India diviison)
With their focus on the internet of things, blockchain tech and advancing their underwater sea cables capacity integrating 5G technology — and their substantial revenues via ETELIX... if we get a press flash following the quarterly ..l suspect we will first TEST and then surpass the 2018 high of .0027 pps.

The volume trends indicate the stock appears like its “returned to normalcy” and that incredible volume a few months back that I still can’t s why I really like this one. I also think the most recent board of Director they brought on ..was a BRILLIANT MOVE
