Yes, ALKM kinda looks scammy. ALKM continuing to violate federal securities laws is a big concern, and apparently is with those that have contacted the SEC tipline.

Maybe the auditors won't sign-off on financials.

ALKM risks SEC suspension, yet they continue to hype (stock promo) on social media.
