i spoke w/ the tappan folks at length last summer... they gave zero value to the ip

I find that difficult to believe, as why wouldnt Tappan or Ronin Hedge Fund players simply buy in on any other CDMO startup out there and why in the world would Tappan like Roger Lias deal with mwnufacturing rights / royalties etc linked to the very same "zero" worth IP ?

The IP was and is Royal disruption to how biotech drugs are approved due to the Biomarkers discovered based upon the IP

Looks like nothing was made public in WHY Bird & Bird advised Precision For Medicine to buy out Epiontis .....both working with PS Targeting / IP / etc based research where Biomarkers were crowned like jewels and other drugs could be targeting flipped PS but would the FDA be told to be on the look out for such a scenario

i don't expect to see much news until after the russell which should reduce the available shares and the expiration of sk's options in about thirty days..

About 30 days just got closer

I still don't see how Tappan gave the IP zero value unless they just were doing exactly as most hedges followed Cramer words of don't tell the truth

Looks like Merck places a much bigger value on IP
