I have more documents about the transaction - and how this was going to be another 3(a)(10) exemption scam like I exposed on NGCG - where Ruppert was trying to collect on a Note where his wife Pamela had already collected.

Then there was a $100,000 convertible note that disappeared from the complaint filed.

There were two different signatures for Pamela Ruppert in the Complaint filed.

I don't hate Jason Ruppert - that just isn't true. I would invite to Festivus.
