Where is the link showing that PN, SEO and SO didn't sell all the ERHC shares they once had?

After the 1:100 reverse split their ownership percentage was miniscule. Where is the link showing they ever bought any more?

Is it fact or opinion they are not selling cheap and bought more? Can you please distinguish between the two in future posts? Thanks.
