Not very clear what he mean with taking over as he has all the A-shares neiher why he can't get the loan.

So he complained about bad guys selling? Well, us "good guys" have lost everything by not selling. And we never got any help.

The "bad guys" got their shares from solomon. He facilitated them all the way from $17 to $0,2.
