'There is nothing psychoactive in Hemp' This is simply not true. As a matter of fact I use an MJ stain that has a higher CBD/THC ratio (ac/dc) then hemp as distilled hemp oil has a higher THC content than I am interested in.
Hemp is 'defined' as a plant with 0.3% THC or less. Hemp is not scientifically classified as anything different it is Cannabis Sativa
