Remember, the company didn't intend to tell anyone what they were doing. Some very amazing DD slueths discovered what was going on and we just happened to be at the right place at the right time, and therefore know some of the things behind the curtains.
The one PR that was released back in April of last year was done after it was realized that investors had found out what this company was all about, and wouldn't leave RO, the investor relations guy alone. After many emails and calls he convinced the Chinese to release a PR to quiet the masses. IMO it was done prematurely as they weren't ready for a long drawn out process for either FINRA approval or the court case to get the ill-gotten shares back from the previous owners. These unexpected delays no doubt required the Chinese to reevaluate their time table.
Fast forward to May 2018, and IMO we are days away from the annual and first quarter fins being filed. I also believe that we are less than 6 months away from an uplist to NASDAQ.
Remember WE showed up to JBZYs coming out party univited and early, demanding drinks and food before they were ready to be served. I believe that makes us the inconsiderate ones, not the company.
