Just gives a black eye to any reputable company. Especially if that company has ambitions of uplisting to a higher tier, as Alex has stated he would like to do in the future with the UATG. JMO
The yield sign doesn't look good, and if it was someone else responsibility other than Alex than he needs to address that issue and make sure it doesnt happen again, you can't have a company and tout you want to uplift and make dumb mistakes like that.
At this PPS this share structure isn't terrible, but it will be harder to move up to even QB land without some major major revenues or good news flow.
I still don't understand the whole idea of uplisting when we are stuck here. Hopefully he's got a plan. And hopefully the font make anymore dumb mistakes that make the company look more questionable than it looks already.
Hope we all make it out of this one with at least our money back. Hopefully more! UATG
