No matter what the fact remains that dilution is down and revenue is up.

Dilution has actually increased. Well over 100M shares have been added to the O/S during the last 15 days or so...

And revenue is up because of Helpcomm but the fact remains, as you say, that they’re an even larger burden to BVTK since they are losing money from operations. Hence why Tommy Boy just issued yet another $200,000+ convertible note last week...

There will be a mass exodus next week for sure. BVTK is overvalued at the current PPS. And there will be an A/S increase or R/S coming to accommodate future conversions.
