Let’s be honest, CS reps are pretty much on the bottom of the totem pole in the business structure. Geek squad would know more of what’s on the way than a CS rep. Then there’s the sky q confusion. Then after you contact 15 reps and ask about the same product which gets the reps talkin with each other. Lack of knowledge, confusion and google can get you 1 or 2 confirmations as you say you have, pretty easily. But hey, “A” for effort!
