I don't really understand this either. The shares are there but not active. It had to do with United Wireless and the low stock price. If I remember correctly the company has no plan to authorize more shares but of course things change.
A goal of the company was to raise the share price. I can't see how more shares would help. It would seems a buyback or reverse split would happen someday. My god the market cap is less than 500K!
