Thank you, and we're very happy to have you here with us. There are several people here that are invested here for the long haul, and I'm thankful to be here with them. I followed i like bb stock here a couple months ago as he was kind enough to provide an alert on this newly reinstated "hidden" gem. We're waiting for the company to follow up with news, likely a filing and then more and more news.

I added today $IGNE -

Although I admit I don’t have nearly enough yet... I did see it at 7 and grabbed a few. The buy channel of .0006-.0008 pps is too hard to pass up when I spread profits from other stocks. The DD here is VERY interesting. Good luck to both of us.

welcome, TK. there's a lot about IGNE we don't know. i would like to answer a question you asked privately on the public board. hope that's okay.

yes, it's possible IGNE was hijacked, but very unlikely. i'll explain why.

first, here's more info on hijacking a corp:

https://www.securitieslawyer101.com/corporate-hijacking-reverse-merger-go-public/

now, with IGNE we have some bullish evidence. the first is all the common share ownership. you've seen this before, but here it is again:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=140562648

we also have a reinstatement from march 6th, 2018, long enough ago that the CEO should have caught it, and issued a filing stating it was done fraudulently, if that was the case.

http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=EntityName&directionType=Initial&searchNameOrder=IGENEBIOTECHNOLOGY%20P180000221690&aggregateId=domp-p18000022169-1f5a4288-2386-4719-95c2-7bb4f0dd2dec&searchTerm=IGENE%20Biotechnology%2C%20Inc.&listNameOrder=IGENEBIOTECHNOLOGY%20P180000221690

here we are over 2 months later, and he has done no such thing.

so the reinstatement is a neutral development. what i like most, along with the massive insider ownership, is canaccord genuity's involvement. they do serious M&A transactions:

http://www.canaccordgenuity.com/en/cm/Our-Company/Investment-Banking/Transactions/?c2=16&c1=15

it looks to me like canaccord was paid in shares near the end of 2017, and they've sold some, but retained a few.

http://www.insidercow.com/institution/subject.jsp?subject=0000793160&company=IGNE

would canaccord come on board a few months before a corporate hijacking? i doubt that very much.

but all the usual caveats apply. since we have very little info on what's being planned here, don't bet the farm. hope for the best and prepare for the worst. until we know more, IGNE is a lotto play.
