It could be that the products are actually the same but as long as RMHB/HEMPd doesn't name CBD on the labels/in the blurb and sticks with Hemp Extract Amazon lets them through. Just a guess as I doubt RMHB would be incurring the expense of producing two different streams (they have enough difficulty just producing one).
