As for the quick pop and gap down Stock Lobster already provided a very reasonable rationale:
"The former IR person they had only released their PRs to the NYC, Boston area. Apparently, he got a small group of investors in for the pop, and, the news of earnings or revenues was never circulated or got coverage."
With heightened market awareness, in addtiion to contracts presumably on the brink of coming to fruition, there really is no reason to believe that CPPT will be staying at these drastically depressed levels.
