I don't know if he will still be subject to Rule 10b5-1 once he's voted off the board.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing regarding his 10b5-1 plan but it's not very important in the scheme of things. I'm hoping he doesn't have to so we don't have to hear about it although I suspect there's a Schedule 13G in the future.
