And never one press release to the share holders about what is going on in the business especially when it's so severe and grimm.

Do you honestly give 2 cents for this crook ceo? I strongly feel that it most likely was nothing more than a smoke and mirrors company. When he needs money from share holders he comes with spectacular press releases. In 2015 the company had a revenue of $ 27M yet not even a notice of a bankrupcty only an imaginative company in the first hour can do that IMO.

I can remember in the grey past in one of the SEC filings that the accountant disagreed by the way the cfo Zaric wrote/ published the annual. Wasn't that the first red flag? I can't even bother to look it up.

Reviving the carrier status... Yep... I'm not sure if it's as easy as just switching names like it was a decade ago. I also found a pretty curious that he didn't just move those Arrow Freight trucks over to one of his other existing companies (ProStar Auto Group or GTR Group). Seems like that would have been the easiest thing to do, however, it would have created legal issues with shareholders and quite frankly, his stock holding in Hydrophi Technologies.... As far as running into the same issues, it's very possible. I know that the guy running the Orlando Florida operations was left pretty much alone to run that arm of the company and he dropped the ball, big time. His mistakes cost us a bad safety rating and we were never going to be able to grow and make the amount of money on our shipping to make it work... But I also think he may have always been intending to do away with ProStar Freight Systems anyway... as soon as Rodger was out there were no more press releases investor relations company got fired and he never reported anything to the SEC other than that one 10KT... I would think if he was just going to stick with the trailer leasing business, 30 trailers wouldn't be enough... The going rate for leasing decent trailers around here is between 650 and 700 bucks a month ( ballpark). As far as the profits are concerned, who knows. We're all in the dark on that and it's really upsetting and it's a shame.
