The Tribalism surrounding BVTK & DPT is beyond ridiculous. SEC filings being called "FAKE NEWS" because it doesn't fit with the "MILLIONAIRES ARE MADE HERE" narrative...
There is ample proof in Tom Scamlucci & Dennis (master bullshitter) O'Leary's OWN STATEMENTS on Twitter, Facebook, company registrations, to the SEC & shareholders to show that they have been and are currently intentionally misleading everybody.
No revenues, no patents, useless MAPs & JVs, 2 reverse splits, grossly overinflated statements of revenue that HAVE YET TO COME TO FRUITION in 4+ years. It's all provable and has been proven time & time again.
Lots of people have lost a lot of money on what I believe is clearly fraudulent activities. Myself & several others have & will continue to challenge this (IMO) share selling scheme until the end because it's the right thing to do.
