With these little tidbits...

The “PO” was issued and disclosed in an 8K BEFORE Darkpulse had any actual final agreement or contract with their client. And to this day there has been no disclosure of any signed contract.

That was a PURE stinkie pinkie pumping move on the part of Cellucci.
