Maybe they have ordered one. I'm still betting that you're wrong but we shall eventually see. It *would* be nice to find everything has been sitting there waiting for a review of ownership and find a real plan of attack getting ready to roll out. dunno. But at these prices I can double up and still not be over extended.

mthead, what constitutes a company as a "scam?" There have to be varying levels of gray, I don't think it's black or white. PBLS is almost 100% undoubtedly selling shares, I agree with you on that. They will probably sell the entire A/S, 1.7 billion, and then do a reverse split and bring the O/S to around 850 million. Does that make them a scam?

I think the company will run the stock in the next six months, at least for their own gain. I think everybody will have an opportunity to then see through most of what has transpired.

Q. Can I find out who the “street name” holders are?

A. Typically, “street name” beneficial owners are not identifiable. However, an issuer may be able to identify a portion of the “street” population by obtaining a listing of Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners (“NOBO” list). An issuer can request a NOBO listing from ADP (Automatic Data Processing). The listing will indicate those beneficial owners who have instructed their broker that they do not object to the disclosing of certain ownership information about themselves. Beneficial owners that do object to the disclosure of certain ownership information about themselves are called Objecting Beneficial Owners.

Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners and Objecting Beneficial Owners constitute the entire “street name” population. Consequently, a NOBO list will only provide the identities of a segment of the aggregate beneficial owner population.

IOW... a NOBO list is worthless without the OBO list. Companies not requesting both are blowing smoke. Phoenix can do any number of things to improve the pps and shareholder sentiment. Why they don't do any of them is the real question.
