The shell existed for several years, but it was merely an empty shell. Jason purchased the shell a few months ago. It didn’t “evolve” into data443, it became it upon the purchase of LDSR.

This is still a startup. The marketing strategies have obviously evolved and we have very little data on what Jason's private company was generating.


I don't mean to rain on the pumper parade. I'm just making a statement that it is likely that the financials will not show a positive EPS. However that doesn't matter. The market knows the company is in it's infancy and as long as the financials don't show anything concerning the market will react extremely positively.

As log as we can see that the right steps are taken and that the company is moving in the right direction we will all be very happy come Monday.
