Beacon27 - A 20% interest to any other company at this rate would not be beneficial regarding additional outstanding shares. However, the additional money of a well known interest, would drive the pps higher, at a rate which would probably overcome additional dilution, not to mention new blood and faster progress.
I do not believe management would sell 20% or any percent to another company, even if the sale could prevent, the major potential risk, NEOM faces with the subs.
Lets get the pps up another $.30, fast to eleminate all potential risk with the subs! We need 40 investors to purchase $1, mil each, or 80 to purchase $500,000., each, or 160 to purchase $250,000., each ----. What can this board come up with in additional shares to get back to $.40 and hold for awhile?
