Whazoo: I think we can narrow the options when we look at how Royal can legally make the same claims as Bign WWNG and TYEG. Bign makes the same claim because it owns a part of the other company. You first have to consider that the assets listed in the LOI are a done deal already or else could not be legally listed as such.
Surely the company can see fit to pr an explanation of things.
