Yes, it was. The first date was set for 3/31/16 and then every quarter after that. IMO, this company is a scam. Sobolewski said in a PR last year the filings were all ready to go with the exception of a few loose ends or as he put it, "just a few outstanding revisions that needed to be done prior to publishing it."
