I've had my eyes on this dashed line a long time (and I'm attempting to wonderfully time a purchase) :





This is from February 2nd :









In hindsight I should have had a stop buy place (just above the line)
Now I'm stuck hoping that it returns to the line !....Or at least comes down closer to it.
Although, if it were to do so, and I DID buy it there ?....According to Bill I'd be 91% wrong.
