Well I think hitting expectations on EPS does effect the PE but there is an upside cap because of lack of transparency, the Klein BOD debacle, little governance, the new acquisition and 1Q not hitting expectations although a lot of positives that could have easily been handled on a conference call.

I don't disagree with the $1.20-1.40 range if they just perform and don't do anything stupid.
