when I posted the news. They finally filed their list of officers, huh?

I see they are still on SEC suspension watch, since they are abysmally delinquent with SEC filings.

All the investors sending their complaints about ALKM to the SEC are helping. Hopefully the SEC sent the latest warning letter recently, due to the fact that ALKM has not filed a required annual report 10K since the one for 2014. The CEO apparently can't do his job and risks investors money, because if they get suspended, a SEC registrant can also have their securities revoked.
