How do you know its naked shotting? Thay would be great because I'm fairly new and thought I was totally screwed!

This stock is not halted because of naked shorting. It was suspended due to delinquency. Management has not filed a quarterly filing with the SEC since 12/31/15. As far as being out of luck for not holding any shares...huh? That is an unusual way to look at it. All I can say to that is I'm glad I am out of luck on this one.
