Major Tute buying recently is banking on Oncosec presenting positive data when they do release it.

Indeed they are and I'm willing to bet that in all of today's volume and huge red candle, not one tute share has been sold. IMO, much of the volume in the first part of the morning was retail traders being shaken out which means more shares available, potentially, for tutes.
