There's nothing to argue in Court. The FHFA/Treasury are complying with the Law and not stealing from private shareholders.
#3 and #4 are also a recapitalization plan. It benefits both FnF and the taxpayer. An Adequately Capitalized FnF protects the taxpayer from having to step in again like in 2008-2010.
