Look at your brokerage balance for GERS. If it is not ZERO you know that the number of outstanding shares CANNOT be zero. Therefore, the data that you are quoting are in error.

You will hear NOTHING from the TA. For many years KK has instructed them not to release any data without his specific authorization. I doubt that this has changed.

The BEST number we have (from a GERS' principal), less than a year ago, is 20 million. It is true that anything could have happened since then; except ZEROING out your brokerage balance. You would know that.
