Here’s the thing. For years Roger has issued press releases touting huge contracts, but as time passes and 10-Q’s get filed, these so called contracts never seem to materialize into anything, as evidenced by the lack of sales growth, and sustained net losses. I’m afraid Roger has a serious credibility problem because his actual financial results always paint a much different picture than Roger’s many many “contract” announcements over the years. On a historical basis, Roger has used press releases and the hiring of online promoters to do one thing and one thing only, issue and sell a lot more new shares. Pump and dump.
