Fully Diluted:

According to the Q1 10Q they state 198,306,395 fully diluted shares (03/31/18). The FY17 10Q states 189,895,315 fully diluted shares (12/31/17). It's been 48 days so I'll take your conservative 250 million as my denominator value.
