Rbtree, I am confident the custodial assays

have established value to support the $500 mill. sale, which is the most important aspect of Skull Valley at this time. At 137,000 tons with more tonnage to go we already know the final value for Skull Valley will obviously exceed $500. mill.

I also believe when other sales for the rest of the concentrate are established further custodial assays will enable these sales to complete as well.

You and I will have to wait for the Registration statement but I expect to be very pleased.
